摘要: The sequence of the protein coding regions bcl-2 gene are provided as well bacterial clones which produce proteins. Assays for detecting a class B-cell neoplasms associated with chromosome translocation between chromosomes 14 and 18. This is involved in majority cases human follicular lymphomas. One assay employs an antibody immunoreactive over-expressed due to translocation. Another involves measurement amount mRNA hybridizes proximal break-point.
