摘要: The invention concerns a process for the manufacture of powder containing crystalline particles maltitol, which comprises continuously mixing maltitol syrup having dry matter content at least 70 % by weight and 85% on basis, being effected simultaneously dispersing seeds into an open rotating receptacle based granules whereby are mixed surface contained in receptacle, collecting from crystallizing said granules, maintained motion rotation receptacle.
