摘要: Abstract Nitro- l -arginine ( -NNA) is an inhibitor of the enzyme nitric oxide synthase (NOS). We developed a simple, sensitive and reproducible reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method for detection nitro-arginine - d -enantiomer) in rat plasma urine. Samples were treated with perchloric acid, neutralized eluted through C8 column mobile phase 18.5 mM heptanesulfonic acid-10% methanok water using theophylline as internal standard. Plasma recovery both isomers was complete, sensitivity limit 0.5 μg/ml. This may be used disposition studies -NNA small animals.
