摘要: This paper reports on the preparation and structural, morphological, luminescence properties of Er3+-doped nanocomposites based SiO2–Ta2O5 prepared by sol–gel method. The influence tantalum oxide content structural spectroscopic was analyzed for Si/Ta molar ratios 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50. sols were kept at 60°C formation xerogel, followed annealing 900°, 1000°, 1100°C 2 h production nanocomposites. densification, phase separation, crystallization processes monitored through vibrational spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Er3+ emission in infrared region, assigned to 4I13/2→4I15/2 transition, observed all Evolution from a vitreous-like environment crystalline one identified upon increasing temperature content. According results obtained, ions are preferentially localized close region rich Ta2O5 nanoparticles. localization shown be dependent amount tantalum. Moreover, fact that located nanoparticles promotes broadband with full-width half-maximum 90 nm around 1550 nm.
