A Hybrid MCDM Method Using Combination Weight for the Selection of Facility Layout in the Manufacturing System: A Case Study

摘要: Facility layout in the manufacturing system is an elaborate production activity since multiple, uncertain, and conflicting factors would affect facility decisions. Selecting best among alternatives considered as a problematic multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. Generally, evaluated by MCDM method with redundant factors, separate weights, independent relationships between factors. To overcome this defect, paper intends to propose hybrid fuzzy combination weight (CW) based on integration Delphi, ANP, Entropy, PROMETHEE (CW-DFAE-FP) select most suitable alternative aircraft assembly workshop. The application results indicate that can effectively obtain for selection. Furthermore, comparative analysis other methods verifies effectiveness of proposed reveals selection has impact final priority ranking. Finally, sensitivity highlights performance provides strategic insights identify critical criteria layout.
