摘要: Uptake of Pd, Cd and Pb by the marine macroalga, Ulva lactuca, has been studied in presence an anionic (sodium dodecyl sulphate, SDS), cationic (hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide; HDTMA) non-ionic (Triton X-100; TX) surfactant. Compared with surfactant-free system, metal sorption was reduced SDS or TX. Neither surfactant, however, had any measurable impact on cell membrane permeability, determined leakage dissolved free amino acids (DFAA), internalisation. We attribute these observations to stabilisation aqueous shielding otherwise amenable sites Presence HDTMA resulted a reduction extent both internalisation all metals significant increase DFAA. Thus, enhancing exerts greatest influence behaviour U. lactuca.
