摘要: A liquid chromatographic method with postcolumn derivatization is described for determination of biogenic amines in fish and products. Histamine, tyramine, serotonin, beta-phenylethylamine, tryptamine, putrescine, cadaverine, agmatine, spermine, spermidine can be determined less than 60 min. Routine sample preinjection treatment implies only 2 extractions 0.6N perchloric acid filtration through a 0.45 micron filter. Lack interferences from volatile amines, amino acids, dipeptides was verified. Results reliability study were satisfactory. The proposed linear each amine between 0.25 8.00 mg/L. Average recoveries ranged 92 to 103%. Precisions (coefficients variation) 0.70 9.75%. Determination limits < or = 1 mg/kg. modification LC conditions necessary apply the ripened products avoid food matrixes. In addition, stability fresh anchovies hake during short-term frozen storage studied. showed that, except suitable keeping samples before analysis.
