摘要: The behaviour of both stand-alone ADCs and entire A/D acquisition channels under time-varying input excitations exhibits non-idealities which are peculiar to the dynamic operation can not be described by characteristics static response. In addition, even common parameters suggested current standards usually fail separately qualify purely-dynamic non-linearities from all other perturbation effects on system this paper, features Discrete-Time Convolution Model discussed pointing out properties general approach it derives, with particular emphasis capability describing basis their nature. It will shown how DTCM characterization methodology set related model represent a suitable resource towards separate qualification in channels.
