摘要: Abstract The influence of the growth two white-rot fungi, Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes , on composition digestibility corn straw ( Zea mais ) was evaluated. P. L. showed a different pattern release extracellular enzymes, including phenol-oxidases, cellulases xylanases. best results in terms delignification increase were obtained cultures. When fungi grown submerged fermentation conditions presence water-soluble lignin-rich copolymer, crude filtrate containing phenol-oxidases but no cellulolytic enzymes obtained. Corn straw, treated with above mentioned subjected to paper pulping, gave handsheets improved technical properties (freenes, breaking length burst index).
