摘要: A multi-scale study of the performance protective clothing has been performed by coupling various types numerical simulation flow, heat and mass transfer. From meso-scale Direct Numerical Simulation, it was found that flow underneath is laminar periodic, with a magnitude much smaller than free stream velocity. Micro-scale Simulation revealed simple relation between textile porosity permeability. good agreement transfer predictions Reynolds Averaged simulation. latter, an engineering correlation for deduced.
