摘要: The aim of this research was to investigate the effect fish oil supplementation, in third trimester pregnancy and early lactation period healthy pregnant Danish women. Forty-four women were randomly allocated supplementation (1.3 g EPA 0.9 DHA per day) from week 30 gestation (FO-group) or a control regimen (olive no oil; controls). FO-group subdivided into stopping at delivery [FO(pregn)], continuing for an, additional d [FO(pregn/lact)]. Thirty-six agreed collect milk samples days 4, 16, postpartum. FA composition determined by GLC. At lactation, FO(pregn/lact) (n=12) had, respectively 2.3 (P=0.001), 4.1 3.3 (P=0.001) times higher mean contents LCPUFA(n−3) their breast compared with controls (n=13), 1.7 (P=0.005), 2.8 contents, respectively, these FO(pregn) (n=11). latter group did not differ significantly regard content milk. Similar results obtained when analyzing separately effects on DHA. Dietary 2.7 day onward more than tripled milk; limited only much less effective.
