摘要: The issue of risk assessment has been always the matter debate in large engineering projects (LEPs). is an indispensable means for to accomplish their objectives. It firmly accepted that LEPs are particularly subject more potential risks than other business activities because complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity. These characteristics often conducive small sample sizes gathered data practice. Consequently, traditional statistical techniques cannot contribute significantly analyze data. non-parametric resampling technique, namely bootstrap, used subsequently solve numerous complicated problems evaluate accuracy a parameter estimator situations where commonly not valid. also natural, applicable simple estimate interval form under decision-making process by considering concept safety professional experts LEPs. Hence, this paper, new approach based on bootstrap technique with analysis presented context project assessment. proposed only plays important role reducing saving time but economical. A real case study conducted illustrate applicability approach. Finally, comparison results indicate outperforms terms efficiency.
