摘要: Abstract Thiols of short alkyl chain length and different terminal group charge (COO − NH 3 + ), covalently attached ferrocene via 2 carboxyaldehyde were self assembled on gold electrodes. Electron transfer to Fe(CN) 6 3− in solution centres studied at pH by cyclic voltammetry (CV) electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Changes result variation the monolayer (SAM) charge. The disparate heterogeneous electron apparent rates obtained from R ct have been described basis Boltzmann surface concentration factor potential distribution model Smith White that Fawcett for Au–SAM-electrolyte interface.
