摘要: Latar belakang : Penari dikategorikan sebagai seseorang yang melakukan aktivitas fisik berat. Aktivitas dan asupan gizi mempengaruhi kepadatan tulang penari. Kepadatan dapat dipengaruhi oleh zat seperti kalsium, vitamin D, fosfor, protein, A, magnesium, besi, seng. Kurangnya fisik, kebiasaan merokok, konsumsi alkohol, kafein juga tulang. Tujuan Untuk mendeskripsikan gizi, penari. Metode Desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan 74 orang subjek dipilih secara simple random sampling. Data energi diperoleh melalui food recall 3x24 jam. formulir 2x24 diukur menggunakan bone densitometry. Analisa bivariat uji korelasi parsial. Hasil 35,1% mengalami osteopenia. Kejadian osteopenia 32,4% dialami perempuan. penari sebagian besar tergolong sangat berat (32,4%). Defisit tingkat terjadi pada (90,5%), protein (94,6%), kalsium (86,5%), D (60,8%), besi (86,5%) seng Terjadi berlebihan ada fosfor A (89,2%) magnesium (58,1%). Hasil analisis parsial menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara energi, (p>0.05). Simpulan kejadian lebih banyak adalah tinggi. Asupan berlebih magnesium.
