摘要: Development of a nerve guidance conduit (NGC) is critically required for replacing the gold standard, autograft, in repair peripheral (PN) injury with long transecting gap. In present study, an engineered cryogel-based NGC composed methacrylated gelatin (MeGel), hyaluronic acid (MeHA), and 4 arm poly(ethylene glycol) acrylate (4Arm-PEG-acrylate) was fabricated by utilizing free radical cryopolymerization method. vitro studies showed that MeGel/MeHA/4Arm-PEG-acrylate hybrid cryogel provided favorable surface microenvironment adhesion, proliferation, phenotype maintenance rabbit Schwann cells. A 10 mm transection rat sciatic created vivo studies. The results demonstrated after 16 weeks repairing, supported axon regeneration remyelination comparable myelinating diameter density regenerated fibers to autograft group. rats implanted cryogel-base...
