摘要: The pharmacokinetics of isoniazid and its metabolites acetylisoniazid, isonicotinic acid, isonicotinuric acid were investigated in man by administering each compound intravenously to a rapid slow acetylator. Isoniazid was measured blood, the determined urine. Appropriate models are formulated, with overall model describing metabolite disposition consisting 12 compartments.
