摘要: Public Health Inspectors (PHIs) in Sri Lanka are facing a problem of identifying certain mosquito breeding sites since they cannot easily reach places such as roof gutters, overhead water tanks, inaccessible rooftops and cement materials which capable retaining water. The goal inspection suspected is to reduce the number dengue patients by eradicating habitats. Due retention aforementioned for long period time, those tend be full lichens. In general, lichens visible dark color. This characteristic helps identify prolonged areas. With rapid advancement technology, drone has been created one most cost effective apparatus capture that human access. respect aforesaid context, this paper presents simple novel approach via images. proposed processes images captured from possible where stagnant may retain highlights if areas apparent within image. evaluation process found method, produces satisfactory level accuracy identification final results depend on camera tilt angle effect shadows.
