摘要: The work discusses issues of the infrastructure, its instruments, and specifics infrastructure in Polish Slovak rural areas. aim this article is to analyze level technical development regions Malopolskie Voivodeship Poland west part Slovakia—Trnava self-governing region (Trnava region) as two with a similar position regarding regional competitiveness index. Following topic, after identification strengths weaknesses mentioned regions, opportunities, threats sustainable areas have been analyzed using SWOT method. sustainable, reliable, functional does not only refer chosen Slovakia but also other European Union.
