摘要: This report describes cognitive networking (CN) and its application to NASA's Space Communication Networking (SCaN) Program. clarifies the terminology framework of CN provides some examples systems. It then a methodology for developing deploying techniques technologies. Finally, attempts answer specific questions regarding how could benefit SCaN. also SCaN's current target networks proposes places where cognition be deployed.
