摘要: An emergency roadside telephone system includes a plurality of self-powered, terminals positioned at remote locations, such as along roadways, to permit communication with central station in order obtain assistance. Each terminal has transmitter and receiver for the station, handset providing voice switches carrying symbols representative various types assistance required that caller can request either by an operator or, if there is language barrier, actuating switches.
