摘要: We report a rather simple method to determine glucose concentration in serum, using isotope dilution mass spectrometry and [13C6]glucose as internal standard. The procedure involves single step of sample purification the conversion analyte into its aldononitrile pentaacetate. between-day within-day contribution total variance for measurement was determined by assaying Standard Reference Material (SRM) 909 serum. then applied three lyophilized sera: SRM two other commercially available sera. In studies, serum found be 0.8% above 0.3% below reported value (6.25 mmol/L), respectively; overall coefficient variation determinations all sera ranged from 0.37% 0.56%. precision accuracy satisfy requirements Definitive Method.
