摘要: Abstract In order to overcome the low conversion and complex post-treatment, four different polymerization procedures were adopted prepare magnetic polymer latexes. The results clearly show that strategy using emulsion template-dosage is most effective feasible. Based on optimized procedure, various factors including type of initiators such as oil soluble initiator, water redox initiator system, crosslinking agent, functional monomers etc. systematically studied. Magnetic latex with high monomer 83% magnet content 31.8% was successfully obtained. Besides, core–shell structured good film forming property also prepared, which promising for potential applications coatings modification cementitious materials controlled location.
