摘要: In the last 20 years it has been widely demonstrated that cell nucleus contains neutral and polar lipids localized in nuclear membranes, nucleoli, matrix chromatin. Nuclear may show specific organization forming lipid microdomains have both structural functional roles. Depending on their localization, play different roles such as regulation of membrane fluidity but they also can act platforms for vitamin hormone function, active chromatin anchoring, gene expression, DNA duplication transcription. Crosstalk among kinds signalling pathways influence physiopathology numerous types. neural cells are involved proliferation, differentiation, inflammation, migration apoptosis. Abnormal metabolism might be closely associated with tumorigenesis neurodegenerative diseases Alzheimer disease Parkinson others.
