摘要: This investigation examined the effects of light intensity, stocking density, feeding frequency and salinity on growth sub-adult seahorses, Hippocampus erectus development brood pouch in mate seahorses. During 8-week study, seahorses cultured at a intensity 1000 lx had higher incremental wet weight standard length than those 100 2500 lx. Seahorse rate decreased with increasing density (0.25, 0.5, 1 1.5 inds/L., respectively) during 10-week study. Male grew much faster females, weights male female 6.64 +/- 1.601 g 5.87 1.173 g. respectively, 0.25 inds/L treatment. The pouches males emerged earlier, ratio between was densities (I inds/L). final body weight, gain (WG) specific (SGR) that were fed 4 times per day highest, while 3 highest after 10 weeks culture. to low treatment (fed once day). differed significantly among different salinities (35, 33, 31, 29 27 parts thousand) 8 culture (F-4.60 = 18.950, F-4.60 9.225, P<0.05) greatest 31-33%..
