Experiences using a science-based Lean LaunchPad program and its impact on national innovation system evolution

摘要: Innovation drives economic growth. At the level of countries, national innovation system has a strong influence on success innovative activities within region. However, it is often assumed that these systems evolve through policy innovation, in top-down manner. This paper presents an exploratory case study introduction Lean LaunchPad program Australia. It started as small pilot then quickly grew to become program. The details this give insight into another way evolve: evolutionary process variation, selection and replication.
