摘要: Abstract Subfamily Chloridoideae has a history of unsettled taxonomic problems at the tribal and generic levels, phylogenetic relationships within among its tribes are not well understood. DNA sequences plastid gene matK for 74 species representing 56 chloridoid genera all subtribes were used to reconstruct phylogeny subfamily. The base clade shows polytomy Triraphis schlecteri three strongly supported clades labeled A, B, C. Clade A comprises Pappophoreae, Uniolinae, Eragrostideae; B includes most representatives subtribe Sporobolinae, Spartina, Zoysia, two Eragrostis species; C encompasses remaining species. largest Eragrostideae Chlorideae appear polyphyletic. traditional Pappophoreae minus Pappophorum comprise corresponding Cotteinae; nests sister clade. Orcuttieae, Triodiinae form supporte...
