摘要: Trace analysis of chlorophenols in water was performed by simultaneous silylation and dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction followed gas chromatography with mass spectrometry. Dispersive carried out using an organic solvent lighter than (n-hexane). The effect different silylating reagents on the method efficiency investigated. influence derivatization reagent volume, presence catalyst derivatization/extraction time yield reaction studied. Different parameters affecting extraction such as kind volume disperser solvents, pH sample addition salt were also investigated optimized. Under optimum conditions, calibration graphs linear range 0.05-100 ng/mL limit detection 0.01 ng/mL. enrichment factors 242, 351, 363 for 4-chlorophenol, 2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, respectively. values intra- inter-day relative standard deviations 3.0-6.4 6.1-9.9%, applicability analyzing wastewater samples.
