摘要: PURPOSE: To evaluate the changes in iridocorneal angle structure and trabecular pigmentation after implantation with STAAR Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL), as potential risk factors of secondary glaucoma. METHODS: An ICL was implanted 48 eyes 29 patients high myopia. Angle opening distance (distance between meshwork iris) measured at 500 microm from scleral spur trabecular-iris were assessed preoperatively 1, 6, 12, 24 months postoperatively by ultrasound biomicroscopy, evaluated standardized gonioscopic photography. RESULTS: Mean follow-up 33.2 +/- 7.3 months. One-month postoperative values significantly smaller than preoperative 41.5% 31.8%, respectively (P < .001), but no significant progressive observed thereafter. The mean four quadrants did not change during first month = .317), decreased 1 2 years compared value .039 .047, respectively). Intraocular pressure (IOP) remained stable all throughout except one eye, which showed elevated IOP increased requiring antiglaucoma medications. CONCLUSIONS: No ongoing narrowing noted approximately 40% postoperatively. There general increase or over a Considering initial crowding eye IOP, careful monitoring is required early period, especially for month.
