摘要: HTML5 is a new technology standard promising to empower browsers become suitable platform for developing rich Web applications. Whilst it still considered an emerging technology, in this paper we attempt capture and explore its impacts on mashup development. To do so, start with case study showcasing features. We then move those aspects of development that are affected will possibly be enabled by the near future. These grouped into two categories: short-term impacts, can harnessed developers, long-term should service/content providers.
