摘要: This paper describes the application of WinWin paradigm to identify and resolve conflicts in a series real-client, student-developer digital library projects. The is based on case study statistical analysis 15 projects an in-depth one representative project. These analyses focus conflict resolution process, stakeholders' roles their relationships quality artifacts, tool effectiveness. We show that stakeholders tend accept satisfactory rather than optimal resolutions. Users customers are more proactive stating win conditions, whereas developers active working toward Further, we suggest knowledge-based automated aids have potential significantly enhance process effectiveness efficiency. Finally, conclude such processes tools theoretical practical implications quest for better software requirements elicitation.
