摘要: This paper describes the application of WinWin paradigm to identify and resolve conflicts in a series real-client, student-developer digital library projects. The is based on case study statistical analysis 15 projects an in-depth one representative project. These analyses focus conflict resolution process, stakeholders' roles their relationships quality artifacts, tool effectiveness. We show that stakeholders tend accept satisfactory rather than optimal resolutions.
