摘要: The title compound, C13H9N3O2S, was synthesized from furoyl isothiocyanate and 3-aminobenzonitrile in dry acetone. thiourea group is the thioamide form. fragment makes dihedral angles of 3.91 (16) 37.83 (12)° with ketofuran benzene ring, respectively. molecular geometry stabilized by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. In crystal structure, centrosymmetrically related molecules are linked two intermolecular N—H⋯S bonds to form dimers.
