摘要: Purpose There is a need for high-quality evidence regarding the frequency, independent clinical associations, and longitudinal course of depression in patients with cerebral glioma. Patients Methods This was twin-center, prospective, observational cohort study 6-month follow-up. Consenting adults new diagnosis glioma received Structured Clinical Interview Diagnostic Statistical Manual Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition to diagnose major depressive disorder (MDD). Interviews occurred shortly after start radiotherapy (T1), follow-up interviews 3 months later (T2) 6 (T3). Independent associations between MDD variables were analyzed using logistic regression.
