摘要: Much of commitment research is based on the belief that concept consists three different aspects: identification, desire to stay and extra effort. Shows three‐dimensional misleading. Confirmatory factor analysis suggests organizational questionnaire (OCQ) not homogenous, but separate concepts. This confirmed by correlational with theoretically relevant variables which reveals effort are associated antecedents. The poor output date can be explained reference small weight given discretionary in OCQ, most widely used scale. Discusses implications for management policies.
