摘要: The authors approximated human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) seroincidence in a population of men who have sex with and sought repeated anonymous HIV testing San Francisco 1995. number seroconversions person-years observation were estimated using the date result current test self-reported previous test. Estimates for (2.8 per 100 person-years, 95% confidence interval 2.3-3.4) predictors seroconversion similar to those from prospective study conducted at same time. While limitations data self-selected are recognized, repeat testers may provide practical surveillance tool.
