摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes a procedure developed for studying changes in the messenger RNA activities during cell differentiation and course of steroid hormone action. Exploiting poly (A) content cellular viral mRNA's, eukaryotic RNA's can be isolated by chromatography on nucleotide-free cellulose. A modified cell-free protein synthesis system, derived from Krebs II-ascites cells allows efficient faithful translation these mRNA's.
