摘要: Indirect chiral separation methods based on enantiomeric derivatizations were developed in order to monitor optical purity of uncoded amino acids and a new series acid derivatives. Marfey's reagent was used for derivatization groups: whilst boxyl groups derivatised with (1R, 2R)-or (1S, 2S)-2-amino-1(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol reagents used, respectively. The separations diastereomeric derivatives formed via optimized RP-HPLC NP-HPLC systems.
