摘要: The role of viruses in the induction papillomas which may persist and give rise to malignant lesions was demonstrated animals a number years ago (Rous Beard, 1935). More recent observations suggest that similar relationship could exist humans infected with certain types papillomaviruses (HPV) (Gissmann, 1984). nature host-virus interactions leading persistence papillomavirus infections are poorly understood as factors development virus-associated disease. In addition in-tracellular events controlling virus replication, lesion formation appears be controlled, part, by host immune responses. It is our intent this paper portray human review diseases induced these viruses.
