摘要: An active clamp high step-up boost converter with a coupled inductor is proposed in this paper. In the strategy, adopted to achieve voltage gain. The circuit included zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) condition for both main and switches. A rectifier composed of capacitor diode added reduce stress output diode. As result, diodes low reverse-recovery time forward voltage-drop can be utilized. Since stresses switches are far below voltage, low-voltage-rated MOSFETs conduction losses. Moreover, losses reduced due inherent leakage inductance inductor. Therefore, efficiency expected. Firstly, derivation given operation analysis described. Then, steady-state performance analyzed detail. Finally, 250 W prototype built verify analysis. measured maximum 95%.
