摘要: Abstract With the expansion of intermittent renewable energy sources, and development economical scalable storage technologies, management electrical grid has potential to fundamentally change. Under current paradigm, balancing stabilizing a with large penetration renewables tends require that those resources ramp power output up down more rapidly frequently compensate for variations resources, as well load. This paper describes strategy combined wind, solar, in-stream tidal generation storage. The new control operates dispatchable objective keeping at neutral state charge in preparation unpredicted upcoming imbalances between system load, while limiting rates within an acceptable envelope. A case study Nova Scotia, Canada is examined. model reveals approximately 4 h sufficient permit 70% contribution cost about 50% higher than least alone.
