摘要: To investigate the mechanism of apoptosis in myocardial cells aging rats induced by d-galactose and to study effect Polysaccharide isolated from seeds Cuscuta chinensis Lam (PCCL) on cardiomyocytes its corresponding machinasim rat model. Fifty male SD were randomly divided into 5 groups. Normal control group (NC). (100 mg·kg−1d−1 for 56 day) indued (MC), plus 100 mg kg−1 d−1 PCCL (ML), 200 mg kg−1 d−1 (MM), 400 mg kg−1 d−1 (MH). Same volume solution (water, or aqueous solution) was given gavage 56 days. Then hearts collected parameters evaluated. Caspase-3 Cyt c determined fluorescence spectrometer, rate assessed AnnexinV-FITC method Flow-Cytometry, [Ca2+]i overloaded KCL observed laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM); Bcl-2 Bax examined immunohistochemistry. The content C, cardiomyocytes, activity Caspase-3, expression level higher than NC (p < 0.05). ratio Bcl-2/Bax decreased compared NC. On other hand, rate, as well all three groups galactose increased group. could decrease mitochondria pathway.
