Liquid Conductivity Sensor Based on AgPd Paste Fabricated on an Al2O3 Substrate Using Screen Printing Technique

摘要: In this paper, the design and fabrication of a liquid conductivity sensor based on AgPd paste will be described. The device was designed in four-electrode configuration 10 x 25 mm2 96% Al2O3 substrate. distance between two driving electrodes 4 mm, whereas measuring 2 mm.The also integrated with Ruthenium temperature printed backside Initial characterisation showed that has measured sensitivity cell constant 1.67 cm 0.51 cm-1, respectively, when frequency 1 kHz square wave input appliedto electrodes. Sensor’s respond variation against around 27.89 μS/°C, corresponding to 2.22 compensation value for salt solution. results stable response over 5 days measurement cycle, indicating sensor’s potential field water quality monitoring application.
