摘要: p53 autoantibodies (AAB) are a new serological parameter with unknown potential in patients malignancies. The reason why and the mechanism by which they develop is still unclear. So far, only limited number of studies has usefulness AAB follow-up cancer been shown. In this study 32 head neck cancer, seropositive for their serum detected an ELISA, were followed-up at least 42 months. 9 out correlation clinical course disease was seen. remaining 23 AAB-positive did not demonstrate any significant titer changes during no observed. conclusion, value as tumor marker seems to be limited.
