摘要: Abstract A cholinergic-adrenergic coupling in the case of EEG antirecruitment effects anticholinesterases rabbits was demonstrated this laboratory. Pretreatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitor, JB835, precursor, dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA), caused an expected elevation both a lesser extent nucleus. When DFP given animals pretreated JB835-DOPA combinations significant decrease observed, while markedly elevated, primarily midbrain-diencephalon. Both decrement increment partially blocked by atropine, atropine methyl nitrate only levels. It concluded that central actions result levels, become elevated response peripheral DFP. Certain aspects indicated these are discussed regard localization two systems.
