摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine gastric mucosal blood flow, measured by hydrogen gas clearance, and acid secretion in portal hypertensive rats. Chronic hypertension induced a two-stage complete vein occlusion procedure. Basal flow significantly higher rats than sham-operated rats, but there no difference basal output. In response administration pentagastrin, the expected rise both lower increase output change flow. pretreated with indomethacin inhibit endogenous prostaglandin generation, secretion--and their pentagastrin administration--were same as non-indomethacin-treated We conclude that is an increased impaired stimulation, these changes appear be mediated prostaglandin.
