摘要: The main goal of the present study is to analyze and characterize behavior middle ear, when a total ossicular replacement prosthesis (TORP) used in chain, order troubleshoot conductive hearing loss. Using finite element model (FEM), dynamic ear was made. displacement values were obtained at umbo stapes footplate, for sound pressure level 80 dB (SPL) applied tympanic membrane, cartilage membrane-prosthesis interface different diameters thicknesses used. results compared with healthy model. usage this aims achieve set techniques that promotes best possible performance ear. allows conclude rehabilitation TORP can lead 4 mm diameter cartilages, thin thickness 0.3 mm.
