摘要: Objective To measure the efficacy of valacyclovir suppression in late pregnancy to reduce incidence recurrent genital herpes labor and subsequent cesarean delivery. Methods A total 350 pregnant women with a history were assigned randomly oral 500 mg twice day or an identical placebo from 36 weeks gestation until In labor, vulvovaginal simplex virus (HSV) culture polymerase chain reaction (PCR) specimens collected.
