摘要: Positron emission tomography (PET) is a nuclear medicine imaging technology which allows for four-dimensional, quantitative determination of the distribution labeled biological compounds within human body. PET becoming an increasingly important tool measurement physiological, biochemical and pharmacological functions at molecular level in healthy pathological conditions. This review will focus on Flouride-18, one common isotopes used imaging, has half life 109.8 minutes. isotope can be produced with efficient yield cyclotron as nucleophile or electrophile. Flouride-18 thereafter introduced into small molecules biomolecules using various chemical synthetic routes, to give desired agent.
