摘要: Abstract The steady, laminar flow of a third grade fluid through porous flat channel is considered, when the rate injection at one boundary equal to suction other boundary. governed by non-linear value problem (BVP) in which order differential equation three, but only two conditions are available. Two numerical schemes developed obtain appropriate solution BVP. In first scheme dilemma resolved assuming that analytical neighborhood K =0, where non-dimensional viscoelastic parameter. This practical use up certain values T , second allows arbitrary restricted small and R cross-flow Reynolds number. A perturbation valid for also derived. Finally approximate solutions, based on Collatz’ iterative scheme, with different starting trial solutions obtained. comparison made results computed using various methods conclusions drawn.
