摘要: An injectable hybrid hydrogel system was developed consisting of hyaluronic acid (HA) crosslinked by well-defined block copolymers the cationic poly(2-aminoethyl methacrylate) (PAEM) and polyethylene glycol (PEG). Robust, shear-thinning produced mixing HA 4-arm star PEG-PAEM copolymer at 1:1 charge ratio. The encapsulation release highly viable human mesenchymal stem cells in physiological media demonstrated. After subcutaneous injection gel mice, mild but resolvable inflammatory response observed. This could serve as a model for studying structure-function relationship polyelectrolyte hydrogels practical biomaterial medical applications.
