摘要: Abstract Thermal behavior and phase transformation of ZrO 2 –10%SiO precursor powder prepared by a co-precipitation route without adding stability agent has been studied using different thermal analysis/thermogravimetry (DTA/TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area (SAED), nano beam (NBED), high-resolution TEM (HRTEM) energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The TG results show that four weight loss regions were from 298 to 443 K, 443 743 K, 743 793 K 793 1400 K. DTA result shows the freeze-dried powders crystallization at 1014 K. activation energy 993.7 kJ/mol was obtained for tetragonal non-isothermal process. XRD only single appears when after calcination between 1173 1373 K 2 h. Moreover, calcined 1473 K 2 h, fully converted monoclinic occurred.
